CamGirl Terms of Service

This is the agreement between you and CamGirl. It is written to be read — if a clause is not clear, ask support rather than guessing.

1. Accepting These Terms

Using CamGirl means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Where you use CamGirl on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

These terms cover the whole product: the marketing pages, browsing profiles, random matching, private chat, gifts, coins and VIP.

2. Eligibility

CamGirl is for adults who meet the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. By using it you confirm that you do, and that no previous removal from the platform applies to you.

Accounts are personal. Do not share access, sell an account, or let a minor use yours. Where we believe an account is used by someone underage, it can be restricted or removed.

3. What CamGirl Provides

CamGirl is a browser-based platform for live 1v1 video, voice and text conversation, with two ways in: browsing live cam girls who are online, or instant Cam2Cam matching.

Features change. We may add, alter or withdraw parts of the service, and availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted — live video depends on your connection, your device and other people being available.

CamGirl connects you with other users. It does not verify who they are, vouch for them, or supervise conversations in real time.

4. Your Content and What Others See

You keep ownership of what you create. By putting content on CamGirl you grant us the licence needed to host, transmit and display it in order to run the service.

Profile content and anything you show on camera can be seen by the people you connect with, and may be captured by them through means outside our control — screenshots, screen recording, or a second device. Do not show what you would not want to exist beyond that conversation.

5. Acceptable Use

The full rules are in the Community Guidelines, and they are part of these terms. In summary, do not:

• Harass, threaten, or pressure anyone
• Continue contact after being asked to stop
• Record or redistribute another person's content without permission
• Publish anyone's private information
• Request money, gift cards, crypto or external payments from users
• Ask for passwords, verification codes or payment details
• Impersonate another person or CamGirl staff
• Use bots, scrapers or automation against the service
• Attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use CamGirl where doing so breaks the law that applies to you

6. Matching, Messaging and Calls

Instant matching connects you with another available person. Wait times vary with availability, location and network conditions — figures such as a typical ten-second match are averages observed in normal conditions, not commitments.

Next ends a match and searches again. Block prevents further contact. Report sends the safety team context to review. Message translation is provided as a convenience: automated translation can be wrong, and should not be relied on for anything legal, financial or safety critical.

7. Coins, VIP and Payments

New users receive a limited allowance of free matches. That allowance is limited, may change, and is not a promise of unlimited free use.

Beyond it, coins support pay-as-you-use actions and VIP provides a package of benefits for a period. Current prices, inclusions and renewal terms are shown in the product before you pay — that display governs, and figures are deliberately not fixed in this page's text because they change.

Coins and virtual gifts are a licence to use features within CamGirl. They are not currency, not a deposit, not transferable outside the platform, and carry no cash value. A gift is a platform interaction, not a transfer of money to another person.

Where VIP renews automatically, it continues until cancelled through the billing channel you purchased with. Refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Chargebacks raised without contacting support first may result in account restriction.

8. Third-Party Services

CamGirl relies on third parties for things like payment processing and analytics, and may link to sites we do not run. Their terms and privacy practices are their own. Links are not endorsements.

9. Intellectual Property

The CamGirl name, brand, interface, and the software behind it belong to CamGirl and its licensors. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service — not to copy, resell, or build a derivative of it.

10. Enforcement and Ending Access

Breaking these terms or the Community Guidelines can lead to a warning, feature limits, suspension, or permanent removal, depending on what a review finds. Serious cases may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

You can stop using CamGirl at any time. We may suspend or end access where the terms are broken, where required by law, or where continuing would present a risk to other users. Unused coins are generally not refunded where an account is removed for a violation.

11. Privacy

What we collect, why, and your choices are set out in the Privacy Policy; cookies are covered in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of this agreement.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

CamGirl is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular person will be available to talk to.

We do not vouch for the identity, conduct or intentions of other users. Meeting people online carries risk that no platform removes — the habits that reduce it are collected in the Safety Center, and reading it is worth your time.

To the maximum extent the law allows, CamGirl is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Changes and Contact

These terms change as the product does. Continued use after an update means accepting the updated terms; where a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to make it visible.
